Please ensure you have read and understood the following terms and conditions before completing a course booking.
Cancelling Open Course Bookings
If a place on an open/virtual course is cancelled 14 days or fewer before the course date the full course fee must be paid immediately.
Cancellations or transfers of bookings to other dates made 15 – 30 days before the date of the course attract a 50% cancellation charge per transfer/cancellation.
Please make all cancellations in writing to info@cambridgeexec.co.uk.
Cancelling In-house Course Bookings (classroom and virtual delivery)
If a classroom or virtual in-house course booking is cancelled 14 days or fewer before the course delivery date the full course fee and any costs we have incurred for travel or psychometric assessments must be paid immediately.
For courses cancelled 15-28 days before the delivery date, 50% of the full course fee and any costs we have incurred for travel or psychometric assessments must be paid immediately.
For courses cancelled outside these timeframes there is no charge unless un-refundable travel expenses or psychometric test costs have been incurred. In this case these costs will be passed on to the client.
Changing Delegate Details (open courses)
To change a delegate to another from the same organisation is free. For classroom courses, changes made within 14 days of the course date may affect our ability to process pre-course questionnaires for the new delegate.
Payment
Classroom and virtual in-house courses are invoiced after delivery on 30 day terms. Open courses are invoiced on booking.
Cambridge Executive Development Limited reserves the right to cancel bookings on open/virtual courses if fees are not paid on time.
Late Payment
Cambridge Executive Development Limited reserves the right to charge compound interest on all outstanding amounts at a rate of 5% per calendar month, or part thereof, from the last date that payment was due to the date payment was made.
Cambridge Executive Development Limited also reserves the right to employ a debt collection agency and charge any expenses incurred due to this on to the late paying client.
Cancellation of Course
Cambridge Executive Development Limited reserves the right to cancel any course at any time without liability. Under these circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative course date, a credit note or a full refund.
Cambridge Executive Development Limited accepts no liability for travel and accommodation costs incurred by or on behalf of those booked to attend a course that is subsequently cancelled.
Changing Course Details
Cambridge Executive Development Limited reserves the right to change course details such as venues, trainer, delivery format or any other detail if circumstances preclude the original specification from being fulfilled.
Course Content and Intellectual Property
Cambridge Executive Development Limited reserves the right to alter specific course content or agenda items in order to meet individual client needs, update information or for any other reason.
All course content and materials remain the intellectual property of Cambridge Executive Development Limited, and should not be reproduced, reused or published without written consent.
Use of Company Name in Marketing
Cambridge Executive Development Limited uses a list of client names in its marketing activities. If you do not wish your company to appear on this list please indicate this on your booking form or by emailing info@cambridgeexec.co.uk.
Use of Data
The information you provide on booking is stored to enable us to process your booking and facilitate your invitation to the course. We may occasionally contact you with details of other learning and development services we provide that you might be interested in. You can opt out of these communications at any time. You can request a record of the any data relating to you by contacting us.
Personal/contact information collected from individual delegates on in-house virtual courses is only used in the fulfilment of our training services and is not used for marketing purposes.
